BACKGROUND
PAVOI is a modern jewelry brand known for its timeless, accessible pieces and a strong digital presence. With a high volume of customer touchpoints, their email experience needed to match the elevated direction of the brand and educate new customers.
MY ROLE
In early 2025 I designed and built five automated email flows within Klaviyo. Custom designs, motion elements, and a refreshed header and footer system to bring consistency across every send. I handled both the design and the direct implementation in Klaviyo, so the new customer journey was seamless across desktop and mobile.
